DELL I hope they go out of business!

The Dell Axim X3 like any other DELL product is a piece of rubbish and an utter waste of good hard earned cash. 28 phone calls and 5 departments later, I could NOT get a backup battery for my Axim X3. Plus the fact that when you call dell, you are contacting India, where 99% of the people on the other end of the phone either cannot speak english or cannot understand you. It took two months and 11 deliveries to get the right charger, at MY expense, and add to the fact that 99% of all orders made through dell are very often screwed up because the MONKEYS you are dealing with don't even know the technology they are dealing with. Dell made a VERY bad move transferring to India, why just because they got Slave Labour out of the workforce there. But it's the customers who are suffering. Home Users, if you buy a DELL PC, PDA, or LAPTOP or anything else from them, don't expect their support department to be very supportive, they haven't a clue what they are doing there. If you call them, you better have an in depth knowlege of computers and technology so you can hold their hands for them and guide them through their job descriptions. Dell are a disaster, I will never buy from them again, NOR will my own computer repair business ever take on a DELL for repairs.
