Printer arrived when promised. It was exactly as advertised. The seller shippled it when promised. I was sceptical as to whether or not it wss new, but it arrived in the original box with all of the factory wrapings.

The Dell W5300N is a very dependable workgroup printer that is easy to setup and maintain. It has a web based configuration utility built in that makes it easy for anyone to use. Can be configured to automaticaly email you when it has a problem or runs low on toner. Web configuration allows user to order supplies with the click of the mouse on the configuration page.
Have used the W5300N for years with never a problem and fewer jams than HP printers in our network. Dell online support tools are tremendous.

I love the looks. The gray and black goes well together. I also liked the fast printing speed. I don't mind the noise much, after all it is a machine. I decided to buy it for its printing speed and the price was nice.

PURCHASED BY A HORRIBLE SELLER!!!THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED AND IT WAS INOPERABLE DUE TO DAMAGE TO THE ITEM. THE SELLER OHIO GLOBAL TECH, LLC WAS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. IN ADDITION, HE WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE THE ITEM BACK. THE CALL TAG NEVER SHOWED AND NOW HE HANGS UP THE PHONE WHEN I CONTACT HIM. COMPLETE FRAUD!! I HAD TO GET MY BANK TO REVERSE THE CHARGES ON MY CORPORATE ACCOUNT.

Problem quickly resolved on this Excellent printer!
) There was a knocking noise that was promptly fixed on site by an efficient support system and an experienced tech. The unit itself has functioned perfectly since and is the best printer we ever owned so far as far as speed, quality, and ease of use and setup. It's nice having a print job done by the time you walk over to it!
