The product was in excellent working order. The price was very reasonable. descritpion was accurate.

This Dell 17" monitor is just what I needed to give me more room in my desk.
The price was very good and the performance is great.
I did step down in screen size from 19" but it runs much cooler than a tube.

There's very little, if anything, to dislike about this monitor. At 17" it's an ample size for average computer use. The clarity, color balance, and brightness are superb. I'll have to admit though, this monitor was a major step up from the 15" CRT monitor I'd had for about 7 years prior. All and all,
though, for the used price of about $100 I paid for it, I'm very happy with my Dell monitor.

The seller never responded to 3 of my email requesting information on the shipping status. After I opened a paypal claim the seller stated that he was on business and delagated the responsilbe to his 17 year ago child. He never executed the UPS shipping of the items purchased. I received the item 18 days later causing me to lose the sale of my computer package, The sale was delayed mainly due to delayed shipping caused by the sellers business travel. The item was received in good condition.

The price was affordable for what i was looking for. I wanted a decent sized screen with a crip clear picture. I also went with this particular one because it had the stand that would hold the small tower (also a dell.)

Between work and home I now own five Dell monitors and have not had any issues with them. They are stylish and function flawlessly. I will continue to buy Dell's monitors.

I brought it because I needed a flat screen monitor I like because it's a flat screen and it's light weight I don't like the way the screen is shaped.

The monitor arrived in a safe & secured package without any damage and the set up to my exisitng unit was very easy. All the necessary cords were included with the monitor and it has worked perfectly ever since. No complaints at all!

The monitor is in great condition as promised. It came with everything promised and connected very well with my laptop. So far that have been no problems with it. Very good buy.

Looks great on my desk. Works perfect as a second monitor. I wish it was a little brighter, but only because my dell 24" widescreen is right next to it. It's lack of brightness wouldn't be noticeable otherwise.

They were shipped right away, to the wrong address, but none the less they were great.

I am using the extra monitor for my dual screen setup. My only issue with the monitor is that the color and quality aren't great sitting right next to a monitor that is connected with DVI and the other is VGA. When I get a graphics card that has two DVI Ports then there will be no difference. Dell makes great products.
