    The monitor had no cord, you had to have a special cord to use it... which cost $20 bucks - - $35 including shipping. His article said no cord.... very small at the bottom. I missed it or I would have never bid on it. ALSO... the monitor had a patch of dead pixels on the screen,(dropped on the screen)is which was never explained in the Ad, But he did show the monitor with the "blue" windows screen, and there was a slightly darker blue area in the picture where the dead pixels were. Again, he never stated the monitor had dead pixels - - just a very
    "tricky"- - easy to miss picture showing the slight darker blue area. The seller said he would give us our money back.... but we had to pay the cost of shipping it back to him. Hell it wasn't worth it. We kept it and ended up using it after we bought the special cord from another EBAY supplier. Not my best purchase on EBAY- - by a long sshot!

    I bought it because it was a Dell.What I received was NOT what I bought.I received a completely different product which was damaged and quit working within 2 weeks.GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER FOR OVER 2 WEEKS.This is not Dell's fault. This is my fault for buying it on ebay.I refused to pay return shipping charges because I did not want to enable the seller to do to someone else the same thing he did to me using the same worthless decoy.The seller refused to work with me because I justly and deservidly gave him a bad review.Dell makes great products. It's ashamed that ebay and the seller don't stand behind their products as well as Dell does.I got cheated out of $133.00.or I learned a $133.00 lesson:NEVER BUY COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ON EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
