
Disapointing monitor
I decide to buy the monitor to replace a old one.Unfortunately never works. I am not from USA but as many international buyers I have a USA shipping(shipping agency that is responsible of clearing any items before delivery to me) address where I ship all my goods. I received the monitor in the evening and tested that same night without getting any signal. At arrival the package was in excellent condition and no evidence of any damage. I tried hell to make the monitor work, I just put it back in the box. I contacted the seller but told me his policy return is 7 days within USA and he could not help me at all and the monitor was working with him. Any way I dropped it. I am now looking to but another monitor but not Dell and also from more serious site-person.
