Dell E153FPf 15 inch LCD Monitor

It's a standard Dell 15 in monitor in basic black. There've probably been hundreds of thousands made... if not millions.

It works with everything, it's not fancy, and you know what you get. It's a good workhorse monitor. I bought mine used as a monitor for my server at work to replace the behemoth 10 year old CRT I was using. It has a great picture and worked just fine with no difficulties.

What can I say? It's exactly what you think it should be...

It takes up such little room on your desktop. Anyone use to the big and clunky monitors of the past will be thrilled to use this monitor. Small, sleak, and narrow but still has great color, brightness, and functionability. A must for all computer owners.

The Monitors are as represented. The only issue we had was the locatation was listed as Columbus. We thought it was Columbus, Ohio but it turned out to be Columbus, Mississippi. Seller said it was an Ebay thing. Consequently we had to pay for shipping that we thought we could save.

I've always liked the Dell monitors for their excellent picture quality. This would make an excellent upgrade from a CRT, or just a nice backup monitor. It's a nice small LCD monitor you can pick up on eBay for a reasonable price. Easy on your eyes, unlike the old CRT type that exposed your eyes to radiation and made them feel dry and irritated.

Turn it off when not in use, I also recommend to turn down the brightness "it's usually set to high" this will extend the life of the CCFL back lights and should help to give you many years of use. "A good idea with any LCD monitor."

Works really good. Nice color, cables can be disconnected and stored separately. Auto adjustment detects when resolution changes.

When I recived it,it was way nicer than I had expected it to be it was like taking a new monitor out of the box.The man that I had bought it from told me it was nice but to my excitement he didnt tell me it was like brand new,that was my 50th transaction on ebay and im looking forward to 50 more.

While most reviews focus on the screen image, which in this case is very good, this monitor has one feature that I think puts it head and shoulders above all the rest. The monitor uses a standard computer cord instead of a separate power supply (brick). This makes is much easier to place (you don't have to find somewhere to secure the brick) and to find the plug (its very standard so if you lose one, another can easily be found). In all, I am very happy with these monitors.

I previously had this same monitor that quit on me and wanted the same kind. It works great and I'm very happy with it.

I had an old monitor before I bought this one. It's my first. I like it. I have had problems with it turning white instead of staying on my screen saver, It was sold to me on ebay as is and this was a known problem before it was sold. However, it works just fine for my purposes of home use. I'm giving the computer and screen to my son to take to college with him. He's happy with it also.

Just as described! Great all the way! I decided to buy it maninly because of price and seller feedback.

I bought this for my daughter. She has a small corner desk, and it fits perfectly. It has a great picture and the price was low.

The monitor arrived and seems to be working properly. However, the colors are kind of light, and the contrast needs to be increased. I have tried all of the adjustments and nothing seems to make it better. Overall, the monitor is OK, but if I were to buy another one, I would opt for one with better definition.
