    ok really great item once you get it to work.. i plugged it in first to my pc at work, and bam, everything was fine. i tried to use it at home, and the problems began... after about 7 hours of reading forums on the subject, i was not the only one having the problem of the Ditty being misidentified by windows xp... once the problem was cleared (rather lengthy procedure) i havent had a problem since, and its been an amazing player for the price. quick loading, muliti pre set eq, fast recharge rate.. overall if i had to do it again, i would. if anyone reading this has already bought one and is having the same problems as myself, please by all means email me at diageo23@excite.com and i will be more than happy to send you the steps to get your Ditty up and running with your xp system..

    Sound quality is very good and the Ditty is easy to to use. However the Ditty does not hold 220 songs like Dell claims. I have never gotten over 96 songs on it. The mp3 files would have to be 2.3MB to get that many songs on the 512MB Ditty, when the average song is 4 or 5MB. I'm disappointed that Dell lied about the capacity when they have such great products.
