Dell DJ (20 GB) MP3 Player

Because I have a Dell preferred account, I decided to buy a Dell DJ 20. My friends had Ipods, but I decided to be different -- I've had my DJ 20 for about four months, and have had some problems with it. At first, I burned all my CD's onto my computer, and placed the songs onto my DJ 20. It kept freezing up, and I would have to reset it all the time. I called Dell to inquire why this was happening and they advised I needed to erase all the songs (about 400 + at that point) and reload them since some of the song files must have been corrupt. At that point, since I was already a member of Napster, I upgraded to Napster-To-Go and downloaded all of my CD songs from Napster onto my DJ 20. Since then, I've had very few problems with the DJ - it has froze on me once - now my only issue with the songs is that occasionally it will say I need licensing agreements to play the Napster songs but all I do is just download another song from Napster, and it fixes the problem. Weird, but it works.
Some other issues I have are small but mentionable: 1) The finger pad wheel on the Ipod is so much better than the DJ's scroll! 2) Sometimes fast forwarding and rewinding is sooo slow. 3) The DJ is a bit bulky. 4) The arrows are printed on and have worn off.
Some positives: 1) I've dropped my DJ so many times I can't count - it still works and doesn't have any scratches on the window. 2) It's my music buddy - with me everywhere! In the car, at work, working out, at home. I bought an FM radio transmitter so I can play it through any stereo! 3) Battery life is good! Don't have to charge it much, and it lasts a long time.

Overall, I think I would recommed the Dell DJ to my friends - in fact, I may buy another one for a friend of mine! Yes, there are things that Dell could do to make it 'perfect' but I'm happy with what I have for now!
