1st year was fine. After that the printer started accepting the paper in crookedly and it was choking on the paper. The printer started ripping the paper, crumbling it, destroying it. It did not print. I had to print the same thing a thousand times to get one document out. It was extremely frustrating. Whatever you do do not buy this printer.
