Defending your Life was an incredible sleeper! It was a touching love story, very humorous AND held life-messages. I would recommend it; probably one of my favorite movies of all time! Looking for Comedy in a Muslin World was ... well, I finished the movie STILL looking for comedy.

all time classic-you might not get it the first time
) you might have to see this movie more than once to appreciate the genius of albert brooks. kind of like "groundhog day". extremely imaginative plot. rip torn, meryl streep, and lee grant are terrific. i didn't see "comedy in the muslim world" which often comes as a flip side to this movie.

Must see movie-What happens when you die? FunnyI had seen this movie years ago and something about it just stuck. I've been looking everytime I went into a Dept store and hadn't found it. When I decided to check ebay it was there and now I have it. Funny, Funny, Funny, really a must see. What really happens when you die? The best food you've ever had - watch you'll see.

Family FunI bought this dvd soley for Defending Your Life, a movie I remember watching a couple of years back. I sat down to watch this along with my 8 year old daughter and we both loved it. A romantic comedy with great performances by Brooks and Streep. Dialogue, concept, and acting were all very solid. I strongly recommend for adults and children and I'm sure its something that you'll watch more than once. No violence, sex or profanity a must have.
