Good but large recipes

Has some really good recipes. However, most of them are designed to make bulk amount -like for huge groups- and call for 2-4lbs of meat at a time. You have to do a lot of reducing the recipe when you only have one or two people in the house who are eating it.

Love it, been busy using it, i will buy from you again, thanks so much, I bought it for the fair price, I never pay full price for books because I read around a-2 a week, non fiction and cookbooks for this country girl!
