Part 2 is also 2 cd's of greatness

Just like Vol. 1, Gov't Mule really outdone themselves by assembling a fine cast of musicians in the making of Vol. 2. Bluesy, hard rock, some funk, so multi-influenced that it nearly defies labeling these 2 cd's simply rock, not a bad song on either. Fans of the Mule will really love this material, and its a must own. Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 are my absolute favorites by this great band, if you give it a chance (especially if you've never heard any of the Mule's tunes before) I'm sure you'll be impressed with how good this material is, and this is a great place to start collecting the bands cd's.

  Warren Haines continues to impress

Warren Haines has done it again - great song-writing combined with an all-star cast of musicians (primarily bassists) and his trademark guitar work combine to make this a must-have for fans of guitar-oriented rock. Haines forays into blues, jazz, and rock with virtuosity and even has some funk influence in a song or two.
