Deck the Halls (DVD, 2007, Dual Side)

This is a funny holiday movie to watch with the whole family! It adds humor and Danny Devito is funny as always! Great storyline and would recommend it for Christmas time around the tree.

This is a great movie! Festive, cute and funny. I would recommend watching this even if it is not the holiday season.

While not quite as good as Christmas Vacation, or Home Alone, this is still a good Christmas film, and I was pleasantly surprised. This ones about a neighbor gone bad (Buddy Hall) who can't seem to succeed at anything in life. He steals electricity from his neighbor across the street with a well-placed power cord, and literally makes a Christmas lighting display that can be seen from space. Danny DeVito (Buddy Hall)plays the new neighbor across the street from Matthew Broderick (Steve Finch). Steve Finch's wife Kelly is played by Sex in the City's Kristin Davis. And to round things out, Buddy has two beautiful girls as well as a bubbly wife played by Kristin Chenoweth. This one reminds me of the film What About Bob with Devito playing Bob. Give this one 4 stars for some great laughs.

I was very pleased when i had seen this dvd on ebay. The price is less on ebay and the disk still looks brand new! Deck the halls i a wonderful movie for the whole family to watch and also funny. Im pretty sure that i will be like this when i have competitive neighbors. :)

I love new Christmas movies and I really Danny Devito and Matthew Broderick- so it was a great combo!!! It appeals to all ages.

Received the movie and could not wait to watch it. Danny Devito is great in it and you never know what he is up to next. Great comedy for the family and can't wait to watch it again!!!

Deck the Halls is a funny enjoyable commedy to watch again and again especially at christmas time! I reccommend this for teens or adults only because of some of the material.

This is one of those movies that if you are a pretty uptight parent (in a good way, of course) then this movie may not be for you. If you are just a grown up, this may not be for you.

Big names, stupid jokes, unclear storyline in some parts, good lighting (lol) and skimpily dressed twins. What's not to like?

In short, the thing to know before watching that they don't really make clear in the beginning is that Matthew B's character is known in town as THE Christmas guy...apparently with THE Christmas house and THE Christmas traditions. He's known for it, and while that is barely mentioned in the beginning, if it had been more clear the movie would have been a tad better.

The kids will LOVE the slapstick humor, the amazing lights and the fighting humor. SOME parents will wonder why the sexual humor, some won't even notice it much. But for a true kids' movie I could have left out the near upskirt shots of the buxom ding-dong twin girls and such.

It really, when you get down to it, wasn't that funny. I didn't laugh once and I'm a pretty easy laugher! My kids review it as just okay.

A very good Christmas movie that is quality family veiwing. The subtle message in this movie is a lesson for all of us . I would recommend this movie for all.

I did not like the title in parenthesis and two commas, I believe the title could have been a little more attractive. I decided to buy it because I was looking for that movie and the price was good

I personally love christmas movies! i watch them year round. This one is a funny one where neighbors battle it out to be considered Mr.Christmas. It's pretty good. I'd give it 3.5 stars out of 5

Great, funny Christmas movie. Check the rating, but if memory serves it was ok for most members of my family, and seemed "clean".

This is a great movie for all to watch, It truly does bring out the holiday spirit. Just a very uplifting movie....would highly recommend this movie.

This movie is a real stinkeroo. Do not waste your money on a purchase.
Rent it if you are curious but I do not reccommend buying it to add to
your DVD collection. Great seller though.

This is a great movie for all the family. Our kids really love this movie and we are happy to finally own it and share it with more of the family and our friends. this is a Christmas gift for our kids. We have a tight budget so I am glad to be able to buy this for them as the end cost and delv charge was very fair. They shipped to us right-away which was awesome.

this is a good movie to come together as a family and have a holiday movie night. It is a funny movie and has a good story line. It also has great asffects. the acting is wonderfull too!
