I bought this book because it was required reading for a psychology class I am taking. This book is tremendously insightful. I think it is a book that everyone should read; it is not just those who are going into a field of counseling. It really opened my understanding to the needs of those who are dying. Too often we feel awkward, and do not know how to comfort people who are facing death. This book certainly helps in that area.

GreatI bought the book because I need it for my death and dying course in college. I like it because it describes in detail all of the steps of recovering with death, and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross is the pioneer for creating and promoting death education in schools.

) This is a great book for anyone who has experienced a loss in thier life. Clarifies the 5 stages of grief. Is written in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recomend this book.

The reason i ended up purchasing this book is because i needed it for a class course i was taking. as i read the book i found myself not being able to put it down. it is a very descriptive book as far as the content is concerned, for anyone who has ever pondered the thought of death or why people are so dehumanized this is a good book to read; even though it seems hard to read it is not. i recommend for anyone with these types of questions...
