I LOVE this book. A child asks the zoo to send a pet. The zoo sends many different animals, all of which are not a suitable pet. Ultimately the zoo nails it with a 'just right' choice!! With lovely illustrations, wonderful vocabulary, and repetitive and predictable text, this book is sure to delight young readers.

This was a book my son had as a child but as books can be it was ruined. He is now a father and we wanted a copy for his daughter, and so I bought it! An excellent book for children to have and love.
