A good William H. Macy / Meg Ryan Comedy Film
3 of 3 people found this review helpful.
William H. Macy (Wild Hogs, Mr. Holland's Opus and Fargo) teams up with Meg Ryan (When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle) in this off beat comedy about a down on his luck film producer/director who has a script dumped in his lap by his nephew.
Macy takes the script and maneuvers his way through the Hollywood scene to end up with a 100 million dollar block buster film contract for the latest action hero played by LL Cool J.
The movie has some good laughs and some good lines. It also has some rather slow moments.
But overall it was a good movie and is recommended for anyone who like Macy or Ryan films.
Rated 4 of 5 for some good humor.
