  A Deadly Game

One of the most complete and spellbinding books about the Laci Peterson Murder.
Catherine Crier has written about things that were never brought in trial, and it gives the insight for anyone in doubt to know how guilty of murder Scott Peterson is.
Catherine has researched extensively for this book. Many things unknown until now will be shocking, when you try to understand his mind.
If you followed this case, this is a MUST READ.

  Indeed very deadly

Indeed a Deadly game is the one elegantly detailed in A DEADLY GAME. Into a mind of a killer and sociopath is interesting as it is scarey. To think that 4% of all humans are sociopaths. Chances are you have or know or have dealt with a sociopath in your life time. To kill with no conscience or responsibility. Cleverly, this detailed chronical of Scott Peterson and his crime describes the mind of a mad man

There is nothing to dislike.

  Very Convincing
Review created: 07/02/08

Catherine Crier includes many things that were never made public about this case. These interviews, reports, etc. really help the reader to make up their mind about Scott Peterson's guilt or innocence.

At first, the writing style made the book a bit of a slow read, but it picked up very quickly. Once it picked up, I did not want to put the book down!

Really enjoyed this one! I loved all of the never before released information and the pictures included.

I liked everything about this book. There isn't one thing I did not like. Well written and to the point of what actually happened. I decided to get this book because I just got done reading another book about Scott Peterson and I didn't even know this one existed. Excellent book, in my opinion.

  Best reading ever!

After having read a book and watched coverage of this tragic murder I remembered hearing that Catherine Crier had written one. Since she was one of the best at Court Tv I decided to get this book. Couldn't put it down! It has 474 pages and I was done with it in less than 2 days. If you are interested in this type of reading, be sure to read this one. It has photos and information that I had not seen or heard of before reading this. Very well written-an excellant job!

  Perfect

I feel it was poorly written. However, I learned so much more about the case than I ever did on the news or Court TV. The last chapter was VERY boring, but that is just my opinion because I don't care much for reading court transcripts. I don't know if some of it was factual since I have heard and read different accounts.

  Laci And Scott Peterson
Review created: 03/25/07

What a good book, so well written.
Catherine Crier and Cole Thompson showed a unique knowledge before this book went to print. Crier is an awesome reporter on Court TV, and the book speaks volumns about her writing skills also.
I learned a lot more about the Peterson case than had previously been published in any of the other books.
It grabs your attention from the beginning, and keeps you reading long after you know it is time to lay your head down and sleep.
Great book, easy reading, and so interesting.
If you have not read this book, now would be a good time to purchase it, as it brings the case information to you in an easy reading experience.
