sookie strikes again

Not a book for the beginner of the sookie set of adventures. The author presupposes you have read all the previous books as there is very little to give the beginner a start on the plot.
No9t withstanding this. The story line moves at a good pace to get you into the latest lot of trouble sookie is in. All the regular characters who call sookie friend are there along with some old enemies.
Plenty of blood curdling fight scenes, A bit of romance, plenty of scares and of course a (relatively) happy ending. Witchcraft, warlocks Vampires, shape shifters Adulterers, murderers, Wars, They all guest in this latest episode of the Quiet life of sookie you local downhome telepath.
We purchased the book direct from the U.S. and were not disappointed. Having read all the previous books it was not hard to follow the extended plot lines. Though these could give a bit of problem to the uninitated. well worth the read and we await her next book with barely concealed impatience
