Didn't live up to the Hype

Most reviewers I've read cant stop talking about what a great time they had playing this game. While Dead Rising had some fun moments (chainsaws, lawnmowers) overall it was hindered by a lack of controll.
The controlls were way too sluggish, and smushy for me, and having to stop moving everytime I wanted to aim a shotgun or a pistol became EXTREAMLY frustrating. I wanted so badly to enjoy this game, yet the sluggish response got me killed more times than I care to count.
I wont go over the save point frustrations as its been well covered in other reviews.
Overall I would put this game down as a rental at best.
