De-Lovely: Music From the Motion PictureThis CD is in new condition, but for some reason the music sounds different than in the movies? Maybe watching the charactors do the music has a bigger inpact.

I like it because I like it. Enjoyed the film and wanted to extend my enjoyment with the soundtrack. the box was a bit mashed, but cd in good condition. received order quite rapidly.

If you like musicals and a variety of music you will love this cd. I got this before seeing the movie and actually wish i never saw the movie. to be honest the movie kinda ruined the cd for me. I love the songs and the artists who sing them, I love this cd.

De-LovelyI rented the movie and I had to get the soundtrack. The music and vocals are elegant, romantic, and classy. The songs are all standards sung by current recognized artists and sung in a style faithful to the period. They may not play any of the songs during NBA intermissions (definitely not ghetto chic). If you like sexy and romantic, this is great music that you can listen to over and over again.

) After watching the movie, "De-Lovely", I ordered this DVD. Both my husband and I love it, and play it often. I loved the movie; therefore, this brings good memories of the movie and when we watched it. Excellent singing and, of course, the music of Cole Porter goes on.

there isnt enough praise 4 the gorgous music here ..... people dont know what theyre missing if theyve never heard of cole porter .... the music is sung by contemporary artists like .... alanis morissette.. robbie williams .. sheryl crowe.. and elvis costello among others .. dont miss vivian greens' haunting version of "love for sale" .. also "lets fall in love " by alanis morrisette

Awesome...just love, love, love this CD!I just LOVE this CD. Exceptional composition, singer selection and tempo for each and every song. Every song is fun and compels one to sing along with it. I even sing the songs from memory in my head as I work. So enjoyable that several friends have purchased it after listening to mine. It is a happy selection of songs. Makes me feel zippy and happy. Just into the first song I begin dancing around my house and singing until the last song...then I have to play it over and over. I think this is one FABULOUS CD. I bought a second for my car so I can listen to it and sing along with it while driving. Everyone who has heard it falls instantly in love with it. This CD has WOW factor for me...it is just awesome!
