I read this book many years ago and with a renewed interest in WWII history, I wanted to visit and old friend.
This is an excellent account of the attack on Pearl Harbor, well researched and corroborated. It is the best overall view of what happened, before moving on to other resources that are more detailed and focused on certain aspects of the attack.
I highly recommend this book, along with Walter Lord's other books, Inlcusing two about the Titanic.
