This is an excellent tool for energizing exercise . I bought it as a gift for my wife, and enjoy it as well.
The seller advertised an expidited shipping rate, which I elected to use; but I received shipment 18 days after having sent a US Postal money order. It was one of only two disappointing eBay experieces out of forty-one.

) I bought this for my daughter.She is 7 and wanted to do Tai Chi. I could not find a class so a friend recommended this DVD. It was a good buy as my daughter follows the instruction with interest.

) I've had more intense Tai Chi coupled with some other faster martial art forms, this one seemed a old fashioned, but not too bad. (It is supposed to be soothing) Personally, I'd rather stare at fitter people when I'm trying this though... lol.

I liked the fast delivery. Would buy from this vendor in the future. I decided to buy this item because I thought that it would help me get in shape. I have tryed it already and is kinda hard and at the same time it seems that is time consuming. I would like to get something that would motivate me and I think this video will do it.
