This is a great book on basic principals to guide your financial decisions. I frequently loan this to clients- its simple and interesting to read- this should be taught in high school.

I never grew up with much money sense. I grew up in a household where you spent now and paid later which led the to the habit of accumulating credit card debt. When my husband read this book, it took him TWO days. (He isn't much of a reader.) The principles taught here allow anyone to get out of debt and save money. Dave and Sharon Ramsey live by the principles they teach. The book makes money sense, and is a book MANY AMERICANS are badly in need of to achieve financial peace.

This book is a whole approach to personal finance. It is very detailed yet entertaining. It makes budgeting fun and inclusive for the entire family. The information on how to get out of debt and stay out of debt is not typical of other of the same type of books. This book has information on insurance, home buying, budgeting, wealth building, investing and so much more. Dave Ramsey makes the complications of personal finance simple to understand in this book. It is a great book. I highly recommend it for anyone especially those just starting out. I believe in this book so much, I have purchased several copies for family and friends. Financial Peace is one of my favorite gifts to give, and I always get a true heartfelt Thank You when I "gift it."

I love this book. In my opinion every high school student should be required to read it. Personally I read it about once a year just to put things in prespective.

Dave teaches the basic money knowledge that all of us should have acquired somewhere along the way but didn't! A very common sense, straight forward approach to achieving financial peace. Real life examples throughout the book demonstrate just how naive most people are when it comes to their finances. Dave puts matters into their proper prospective and does an excellent job of telling us how to lay a solid foundation for our financial well being. Knowledge is power; Dave Ramsey provides much needed knowledge.

This is a great book for learning how to get out of debt. It takes you through the process step by step. It teaches you how to build wealth by maximizing you income and taking advantage of the right financial products out there. Finally, it teaches you how to stay out of debt.

Financial help that includes The Lord. In all thy ways acknowledge him; and he shall direct thy paths. I am interested in other books along this line.

Other than the bible, no single book has had more impact on my family's lives! I have followed the principals in this book for the past ten years and have always had financial peace. Read it and live like no one else!
