What is not to like about Roland

I only have one thing to say about this book. Why did it have to end?
I actually listened to all 7 books on audio cd's and was mesmerized from the very first book. Of course with Frank Muller narrating most of them you are doubly enchanted.
The Dark Tower is Stephen King at his finest. It is not a horror story, but an epic, not unlike the Stand. What I really found the most interesting is the way ALL of Stephen King's book relate to and have reference to the Dark Tower. Of course, you don't really know this until you have read them. What it tells me, is that this book indeed has been a lifetimes work by Mr. King.
Stephen King can form a character like no other. I feel like I have known Roland all of my life and know more about him than I do most of my friends.
I cannot reccomend this book enough.

Stephen King saved my life, not in the direct physical sense, but as in the distraction sense. Roland’s' quest for the tower kept me mesmerized for many years and sadly it is over, but never ending. That is why this book is so fantastic, I find it pure genius and only Mr. King could have wrote it. These characters have a way of creeping into your life and when the final book is done if you’re not drowning in tears, joy, and bewilderment then you just are not normal. Start with the Dark Tower; crawl your way through it because there are 6 books ahead of you that lead to this amazing end when Roland finally sees his tower. The saving my life part? Roland and his Ka'tet gave me hope for the future and a good reason to stick around. Thanks Mr. King, you are the best! OY!!!

This is the last book in Stephen Kings Dark Tower Series. If you haven't read the series I would highly recommend it. As with all Stephen King's books this one has a twist that you never see coming. I liked how Stephen King makes you fall in love with the characters to where they are like family. I loved the relationship between Jake and Oy. You really felt for the characters.

This is the final volume in Stephen Kinds Dark Tower series. I have read the entire series and also have collected all the audiobooks as well as I am a truck driver and audiobooks are great while tearing across the country. This audiobook completes my collection of the series. I think George Guidall does a fine job reading this and provides life to each character. Although I miss Frank Muller (as probably do most of his fans), George is an excellent choice to take over this series. I recommend this final audiobook for any King fans who either don't have a lot of time to read or who, like me, spend a lot of time driving.

The Dark Tower by Stepten King
) First of all you need to like Stephen King’s writing style. The Dark Tower series of books I started with this set of books years ago, once I started the first book I couldn’t get to the next book fast enough. At the time the books were written in installments, a book every couple years, now that’s the worse part of this set of books for me at the time. Finely years later I remember about the books and finished buying the last of the books from eBay it was a fair price, for the story was as good as always. I thought it was neat how King tried many of his other books he had written into this story of the” The Dark Tower “it was amazing plan. So if you the have time get the books and read them.
