This is a very Seductive & Sensual Story.I Loved it! Dark Secret is one of my Favorite books in the Dark Series! This is a must Read Carpathian Book!I do recommend you read the Dark Series in order as the story does continue from book to book.

This is the last installment of the Carphatians created by C. Feehan. Fans of this series, myself included, know what to expect (in general) about this serie. Carphatian males searching for their soulmates before the darkness in them consumes them therefore changing, reversing to a vampire. But in this one we are re introduced with the famous (but few mentioned before) mysterious wizard blood line.

And don't forget the pledge with that they seal their souls together. One of the most beautiful moments in C. Feehan Series is when the Carphatian say the words. My skin tingle when I star to read them.

The pace is good and characters are well developed. Feehan definitely know how to get the reader feel involved with the characters. They suffer, we suffer with them. They'll be always conflict in these Carphatian novels. Because you gotta consider that they are surviving, they in danger of becoming extinct. Fighting against vampires, other kind of dangers, fighting themselves and last but not least learning to woo their soulmates. Carphatians are a very contradictory people; but you'll learn to understand them and love them.

I sincerely hope you enjoy this book as I did. If you can try to search all books to this series do it, you'll not regret it. Christine Feehan also have other series paranormal that are very good.
