Dark Challenge by Christine Feehan (2000, Paperback, Reissue)

I read the first book in the Dark Series, Dark Prince, and loved it. Christine is a wonderful and very informed writer on her topics. So, I decided to try to get the rest of the series. They are all so wonderful that since I have gotten the rest, I have been averaging about 2 books per week. I am working my way through the entire series from Dark Prince to Dark Celebration and waiting anxiously for her next book to come out.

Any one who loves romance books with lots of history, lore and steamy, passionate romance needs to read this entire series. You will be as hooked as I am. You should also check out her website: ChristineFeehan.com/DarkSeries...lots of great info there as well.

This story is about Julian Savage, one of the Savage twins. It introduces the Dark Troubadours, a group of lost Carpathian children that have raised themselves. It is one of my favorites because I just love Julian's sense of humor. He is probably my favorite Carpathian. If you like Christine Feehan's other Carpathian novels, you will love this one. It ranks at the top of my list.

Love these adult Vampire series. Chrisitine Feehan writes to keep you interested. I enjoy the series and watching the caracters evolve. This is the first series I have really enjoyed since Twilight!

hard to put down, love the story

I love Christine's writing style, and the boldness of her characters. Her male characters are always handsome, tall and strong of character. I guess I am from the old school, but I like strong and confident men. In the Carpathian series, she delves into the world of vampires and ghouls that bring evil to the world. As the strong Carpathian male hunters strive to rid the world of these creatures, they are also fighting for their very existance as a race of people.

If you like paranormal romances with a touch of thrill and spice read the carpathian series of christine feehan. They are excellent but not for the faint of heart in either thrills or sexual content.
