Dante's Cove - The Complete First Season (DVD, 2006, 2-Disc Set)

This gay serial is addictive. It has witches,warlocks, ghosts and beautiful people. Its very reminencent of serials past. Think the seaside of The OC, everyone lives in Hotel Dante, sex, shenanigans,Melrose Place, and over all feel of Dark Shadows. Tracy Scoggins(The Colbys/Dynasty) is the most famous of the cast. Its major characters are gay/lesbians and has bi and straight characters. Its on a new HERETV network and so doesnt have the big budget of bigger network shows. The scrips are a little light but thouroly entertaining.Does have brief nudity, some full frontal, but mostly topless women and bare backsides on the guys. WHOOOHOOOOO!!!!
In 1840 Grace is a high priestess who catches her fiance' having sex with his male butler and kills the butler and chains up her fiance in the basement for 160 years only to be freed by the kiss of a man. Toby the shows hero is in love with Kevin whos been cast under a spell after kissing the fiance'. The dvd package is 2 discs and the pilot is on disc 1 and the other 2 episodes on disc 2 and ina movie format. they dont break it down per episode with themes and all. Very entertaining and I highly recomend for harmless fun. Definatly buy!!!!

i loved this movie i had to watch the entier thing in one sitting, i loved charmed and queer as folk and i think that this is a good mix of the two, i can't wate fo the second season to be on

Something with a plot. Not only does it give you some hot and erotic men, but it isn't just a mindless, endless sex fest.

Price was good and delivered on a timely basis. Unlike others, the DVD was sealed as well. Overall, I would say you can bid with confidence.

I love the main characters. They are real sexy and hot. This story line is good too, and the sex scenes are awesome. I might consider buying season 2 soon.

The series is awesome. I just bought season 2 and I am hooked. It's about time a good gay themed tv show is more about substance than sex (although the sex scences are good). Love it!!!!

People should be aware...season one consists of a whooping 2 episodes totalling less than 3 hours. It is very good SEXY GOTHIC and hot drama, with frontal male nudity. The stories are ok...a bit unbelievable...but with the HOT A** cast...who the heck cares.

very campy....might have to watch it a few more times to see if I like it...if nothing else its good for the eye candy
