Danger in the Shadows by Dee Henderson (2002, Paperback)

I borrowed this book and the rest of the series from a friend a couple years ago and greatly enjoyed it. I loved the romance, the mystery, and the Christian aspect of it. Dee Henderson did a great job of interweaving the Christian life in normal lives and how the characters deal with the different conflicts that they come in tact with. Great job!

The author does very well at drawing in the reader. You feel like you are actually there in the story with the characters. I've enjoyed all of Dee Henderson's books. They are very well written and are clean. I don't have to put up with foul language or lude behavior. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a suspense book with some romance.

Love all of her books. This is one of my favorites. Great condition. Good size. Print is easy to read and the theme, characters, plot are excellent. Moves at a fast , don't put me down pace. You feel like the characters will step through the door at any time. cb

This prequel to the O'Malley series was most enjoyable. Dee Henderson is at the top of the Christian fiction game and her books are fun and exciting. The characters are people I would like to know. Strong, honest characters, with true-to-life storylines, make for an enjoyable read. You won't regret reading this one.

I really enjoy Dee Henderson's books. When I made a commitment to read Christian fiction, rather than secular fiction, I worried that I might not get the same level of excitement. Dee Henderson's books never fail to meet up to my expectation. I have read almost all of them, and I highly recommend this one. It brings together the O'Malley Chronicles by tying together the background information!

The start of a great book series. Easy to read, up lifting, with a bit of shock here and there. You'll love the characters the more you read about them.

This book is the prequel to an excellent series. Very suspensful. Hard to put down. An exciting and unique story that makes you want to read more. The author engages you in this mystery as well as a wonderful romantic story.

This book has just the right amount of suspense, romance and intrigue. It's the perfect mix of everything. It has likable characters that keep you interested. I've read the whole series (the O'Malley Series by Dee Henderson) that this is a prequel too and I would highly recommend it! There is carryover with the characters you grow to love in each book. Make sure you have plenty of time because once you get started you won't want to put it down.
