To Dance With the White Dog (VHS, 1994)

This is a really nice movie. It is one of the best films I have ever watched. Hallmark Goldcrown Collection, has a variety of excellent films. Owning any of them would be a nice treat for yourself as well as a nice gift. I just wanted to have a copy for a reasonable price.

I like both main characters very much and have several videos featuring them. I could not find it in the stores near us, and was glad to find it on eBay. I am also a dog lover and thought it would be a good movie to watch. No dislikes.

This movie is a wonderful experience. The story is so very heartwarming & the characters came to life with Hume Cronyn & Jessica Tandy. I had a copy for myself already & purchased this one as a gift for my sister in law. The movie was filmed in the area where my husbands people come from and the outdoor scenes around the farm are all filmed at his uncles home place. For this reason there is much sentimental value as well. As with most Hallmark productions this is a story that lends itself to famiy relationships as well as humaqn characters. A good view for the whole family in a time where family is so very important.

I have always been a big fan of Hallmark movies, but this one I missed when it first came out. I saw a short preview of it on another movie I had purchased and decided to buy it. I was not disappointed! This movie is wonderful, and the love story portrayed by Hume Cronyn and Jessica Tandy was beautiful. I still wish this acting couple were still around making more fantastic movies, such as this one. It's a winner!

I really enjoyed the movie years ago and wanted to see it again and share it with my in-laws. The movie is a fun but yet a real story about a man who loves his wife and misses her when she is gone and also how he deals with her death. It provided a nice view on the outlook of ones life.

i love this movie it is a great family movie it tells a story of real love between a husband and wife forever love. they do not show good clean movies like this on tv so thank you very much.

I had seen this movie before and have talked to the family a few years ago. They gave us a guided tour of the house and told us the story, which caused us to look for th video. They also ask if we would be interested in being caretakers of the propery between harvest seasons. Kind of wish we had.
We have watched the video again and it is still as good as the first time.

Excellent family story. Read the book, and wanted to share with family. I was not disappointed with the movie version.
