Love this DVD!

I have many dance exercise videos, and I just love this one. It's very high energy, but very simple steps. I have no dance background and am 50 years old. If I can do this, anyone can. It's great!

) This dvd was good it kept you going from the different tempos, beats, and everything else. The tempos really get its you it really burns fat and gives you a really good workout once your done.

Good DVD. Wife likes it.The DVD is fine. However, it took 3 weeks to get it. "Apparently the USPS lost the first one but after contacting the seller they shipped a second one. Of course I then received both and returned one. The seller was good to work with and followed up very well.

) I love all the 'Dance off the Inches' DVD's. This one, like the others, is great, it gets you moving. It goes for about 30mins, has a step by step section to show you all the moves before you begin.

I thought this might be something different from other videos and workout programs i've done before, but it turns out to be exactly like any ordinary Jazzercise like video. It isn't a Jazzercise dvd, but the work out steps are EXACTLY the same as Jazzercise. That's not bad, I just thought it might be something totaly different.
