Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 (PlayStation 2, 2005)

I bought this game about one month ago, and I love it! Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 (Playstation 2) is a great game for kids and adults! In this game you press the button or stomp on the button when it goes over the outline at the top of the screen. Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 (Playstation 2) is 1-2 players, you can play it alone, with a friend, or even with someone online! Also, this game is enhanced with use of EyeToy USB Camera (for Playstation 2) where you can use your DDR dance pad to hit the arrows and your hands for physical dancing. There is also workout mode that can help you get in shape. If you are looking for a game a game that entertains you mentally and physically then with over 70 songs and over 100 minutes of dance music I reccomend Dance Dance Revolution Ectreme 2 (Playstation 2) for everyone with a Sony Playstion 2!

This game its very cool for kids as well as for adults, its has lots of options you can play by yourself with a friend and even online, as you progress trough the game you gain point that can later be used to buy new songs, also it has and advance option were you can play with two mats at the same time, its gets really dificult so watch out for your steps, it has hits and music you hear in the clubs also you can used random mode so the game will decide for you wich song you will play. You also get challange and every time you complete one challenge you unlock characters.

the best ddr game yet. very fun, and addictive. You will be dancing for hours with the great music. It has workout mode, which tracks your calories. Also, do missions to unlock new songs.

My kids are exercising now when they play video games! My son was always beating his older sister at video games until DDRE. My daughter enjoys being on top for a change.

This games provides alot of entertainment for the whole family. The competition makes it fun, and it great exercise.

This is one product I was happy to purchase. It has made my grandchildren very happy and healthy at the same time. They are getting exercise while having fun dancing...It is really great!!

I love this! It is refreshing to see my son who I bought it for, up and moving around rather then sitting half the day at a computer or game system. He has done VERY well with it. And I am still in the 'trainig' mode but do well at it and better then my sons friends even. So its healthy for me too!

What a great product. My family really enjoys the DDR games. This particular version has some very good - "well-known" songs. It's fun to see the kids enjoy the same music I listened to in the 80's!

I bought it for my daughter for us to have some fun together. It has songs on it that we both like, she is 7 and I'm 38. I bought it for her as a Birthday gift. It's a great game and workout!

I purchased this game because I love to dance and work out. My husband asked me what was the one playstation game i'd like to have and I couldn't think of one I liked to play...that was until I went to my friends house and played this game with them. I was pregnant at the time but I still loved the different levels it had for then intensity of the dancing. It has lots of different music and each song has 3 different levels of intensity which makes it easy to learn the steps and allows you to gradually get better and better untill you master it. It grades you on how well you did with AAA AA A B C D E
The more "perfects" you get the higher the score. there are several different modes, "single" "verses" and "double". these allow you to play by your self, with a firend, or you can challenge your partner to see who can dance better. There is a work out mode, training mode, and an advance master mode where you can earn new songs, cloths, and awards. I really enjoy playing my DDR game. Its the Best!
The one thing I don't like about it it that there are so many differnt versions of the game and I don't have the money to purchase them all...they need to put all the differnt versions onto one game....the next game i'll be purchasing will be the one where you can use your own music and creat dance moves for it.!!!!

My daughter really enjoyed this DDR it had alot of the more current songs and more flexability to customize the dancer.

This is a great product, bought it for my daughter for christmas and we love it so much we bought another one for my sister in law who has decided to use this as an exersie routine.

Absolutely LOVED this DDR game!! Bought for my daughters for Xmas and they have played it constantly since. Only one they liked as much was the one they could use their own music with. I can't wait until they go back to school so I can try it myself.

Alright well this is the second DDR game that I've ever played. DDR Extreme 1 Was the first one. Because that E1 was the first one that I played, I liked THAT way of sorting the songs. E2 Goes back to the old way of sorting songs. (I think?) So I suppose I still like E1's way of sorting them. But that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the game!

Ok well the game... It's DDR. You have a dance mat and you dance. I can do pretty good. I can get A's on basically all of the light songs.. and I can get B's on some of the standard songs, but it's really hard. I suppose this game was meant for the um.. people that can move particularly fast. I have a hard enough time getting a C/D on standard and some people can like get As on heavy and challenge! I don't see how anyone could do that. I can't even do that with the controller! I think they should have put a difficulty in between light and standard :P But that's just me.

The songs in this game are alright. I think I liked a little bit more of them in E1. But this one has Speed Over Beethoven, Look to the Sky, Look at us, BUTTERFLY!!, and a few other really good ones. E1 had "A", Cant stop fallin in love, Neverending story, and a few other really good ones too. I really wish they would have put Can't stop fallin in love in this one because that's one of my favorite songs.

Here's kinda a funny story. I.. obtained DDR songs before I even played the game or saw it being played. I brought a CD in for a 'friend' to borrow. My art teacher mistook it for a CD to play in class, and later we heard "Butterfly" being played in class. This one kid made fun of me the rest of the year because of that. I guess some people don't appreciate how good the songs of DDR are. Alot of them are remixes of current songs, which make them sound really cool!

I never have gotten to play the online version of DDR. I probably never will. It says "For broadband" And I live in the middle of nowhere so i havent gotten to test it. I heard it's not all that good...

Overall, this is a good game... if you like DDR. (And I do!) I suppose if you don't like technoish remixated songs then you wouldn't like DDR...

A little dated music, but we got it with the hope that it will be a good way to keep in shape over the winter

I like that the game is one of the best in the dance dance revolution series, this game brings a lot o fun, and joy, and it can be players by all family. I decide to buy it because its one of the best games that exist, and for me it helps me a lot keep healthy, because you do exercise when you play it. I would recommend it to any person who wants to look for fun.

i love playing this game because it makes me happy and when i have guest in the house it will have them dancing and entertained, it even had my parents trying it. i like the songs in this game.. it has those beats that will have u rockin..

i decided to buy this because it looked fun and it turns out that it is. its something that the whole family can do and everyone can have fun!

This is my all time favorite DDR game and i have just about all of them for the PS2. This one is great because it has a good block of fast songs for a good workout. It also has my favorite DDR song, Speed Over Beethoven.

I like this version because it has music i enjoy except for some songs but for the most part i love it. Great for working out.

I won it. Then was disappointed to find out that it was out of stock so they couldn't send it to me and I had to buy it elsewhere.

The kids got this for Christmas and just love it!!!!!! It has and awesome selection of songs and levels for the whole family to use. They love to what mom try it and even my friend like to play it to see if we can do it! Lots of fun....Thanks!

Let's see. I ordered this product approximately 1 month ago. It was promised
to be delivered no later than January 26. The cost was deducted from my Master
Card almost the next day. Today is W February 4, or now nine days after the
promised "drop-dead" delivery date. I still have not received the product, which I bought for my daughter. I would never again do business with this seller.
