JR at his evil Best
The REAL decline of "Dallas" starts after this season. People can say what they want, but the 1986-1987 season was "Dallas" back to it roots and a really good season. The season ends with Pam crashing her car into a tanker as Victoria Principal leaves the series. "Dallas" never felt the same again. Yes, there are good episodes post this one, but not THAT good. Don't miss out on J.R:s confrontation with Jeremy Wendell towards the end of this episode, a true classic for any fan, with J.R:s famous words "Wendell, you touch that painting and I'll kill you where you stand!" And, although he was no fighting ninja, J.R truly meant it.
