DISH Network DVR 510 (120 GB) DTV Receiver / 100-Hours Video Recorder

Great reciever. Already owned one in another room, and decided another would be great in the other room. Next best thing to HD with all its features of 100 hours of record time for my favorite tv shows and movies.

I asked for the Roo number on the receiver before any money change hands and the seller was very helpful and fast getting the respond back to me. I was extremely impress with them

every thing about the receiver as noted was to a [t].i had to do so find tooning with dish network,so i can get channels running,so fore so good.

i have brought the item from this store and i have not got the right equipment, and for that i have given Negitive feebback and the store folks has promised to send the right equipment and asked me to revert the feedback, which i did and its been 3 weeks and i still did not receive the right equipment, i have sent multiple email messages and i dont get any replies from the store folks.

It works great! I bought this unit for my mother (Christmas gift) and she loves it. It is simple to work, even for someone who is electronicaly challenged. It was well worth the money.

I am not so sure the problem is with the seller as it is with dish network is just out to get money. I didn't like that it took a week longer to get here than it should have.Other than those it was a good experience

i never got the receiver from this seller , and i never heard anything from him/her. the good thing that came out of this is that i got reimbursed from pay pal as soon as i reported .thank god i paid with pay pal otherwise i would have lose my money.

This is a cool satellite box. We decided to buy it because to buy a DVR box thru dish net can be costly. When you get a box on ebay make sure that you get the RO# from the buyer and call dish net to make sure that the box does not have a prior balance due on it otherwise you will have to pay the balance before you can activate it. Also make sure that the box comes with the card, if the card is outdated, that is ok because dish net will send you a replacement card to update the software in the box. If you have the warranty attached to your dishnet account and the box you recieve will not activate properly, dish net will replace the box. All in all, it is a good deal! I don't know if dish net will replace box w/ the warranty if you are not a current dish net customer, this was the experience that we had with dish net and we have been with dish net for about 5 years. Definitely make sure that the box comes with the card and I would also recommend getting a new reconditioned box verses a used one. However it is a matter of choice and what you are comfortable with. We have bought both used and new reconditioned, the used had to be replaced since it did not come with a card (also, had to pay $49.00 to get a card for the box but since it did not have the yellow card, it could not be updated to the current software resulting in the replacement. Dish net also refunded the cost of the card.)The new reconditioned box came with the yellow card, dish net updated the software and sent an updated card. The price between the two were basically the same. Another bonus is if you buy your box off of ebay, you don't have to enter into a contract with dish net for your service.

The receiver arrived quickly and in fine condition as expected. It does require access to the dish if you are going to add this as a second receiver. There was a second unused cable connector on the dish that I hooked this receiver to. Access to the connector requires removing three small screws. One has a nut on top that I immediately lost so be more careful that I was. To get it running you will need a new smart card. I called Dish and they send a new smart card by UPS. Once that was installed it was up and running in about a half an hour. As usual with Dish it took a couple restarts but that was expected also. I choose this receiver because it matched the one I already had. It is no longer available from Dish. I recommend if you are going to add a receiver as I did you match your existing receiver and verify the dish accepts a second receiver. Some of the very oldest ones only have one access connection. Its easy to tell the styles of dishes apart from the outside appearance.

I'm Glad it's new. i've been wanting one for a long time. In the description it said that i would recieve a remote and i never received it.I have not recieved any notice from the seller.

There was a small delay in the shipping but the situation was corrected inmediatly. The communication was good and response time excelent. I can recommend this seller
