Movie Description
When a city decides to make a group of ex-convicts into police officers, they don't take any chances on the men changing their minds. To keep them compliant, the men must wear special collars that will explode if they don't do their civic duty! Now, an evil terrorist has taken the city's tallest building, trapping inside 50,000 hostages! The team must resolve this situation within 24 hours, or suffer the consequences.
