Certainly not in league with Sandinista! or Combat Rock, its a stripped-down sound more akin to early Clash records. I had pretty low expectations since Mick Jones was absent, and Joe Strummer had gone on to later somewhat disavow "Cut The Crap". This record comes no where near the best Clash material, or even the new bands created by Strummer or Jones. But worth a listen.
