
Exercise with This CD and Have Fun Doing It!
I use this great UPBEAT CD to "walk it out" on the treadmill and during strength training at the gym every day. The music plays for 63 minutes at 140 beats per minute. At 3.5 miles per hour, I can really burn up the calories and get my blood pumping! I like this CD because it's faith-based, up beat, and keeps me focused on getting in shape. Best of all, it's helped me drop about 10 pounds in the past four months. What a great investment!
