I bought this book for a friend because I already own a copy of this book. This book is such a great tool for weight loss!! After having my second & third child, I had trouble losing the "baby fat". I turned to this book on a whim. It changed my life! Not only does it show you how to lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF by "dieting only two or three days a month", but the workout guide in the back of the book helped to get and keep the weight off faster! I have never felt stronger and healthier before in my life! Before I had kids I was VERY thin BUT NOT HEALTHY and had terrible eating habits. I may not be a size 3, but I am a healthier, stronger size 7 and I think I look and feel better now then before! My husband also has has much success with weight loss by using the tools in this book. I definetly urge you to try this book. I tried other diets before this like Weight Watchers but I couldn't keep the weight off. I am now pregnant again with my fourth child and afterwards you know I am going to be turning to this book for help!!:) I hope you will give this book a try and hope also you will find as much success with it as I have!! Especially you moms out there that are having trouble getting back into those jeans!! :)
