) This is from a Vampire series by L.A. Banks, which is about the 13th book in the series. I started with the first book and read each one in the series, which is now consisting of about 14 books. They are excellent. I love Vampire series. I've read all her books, excellent writer. Love vampire books, especially series connecting books.

The title is perfect.Since this is a series, the book picks up were the last one left off. I love the characters and how Carlos came into all of his powers to fight evil with Damali. I also love how united the team is, and how their love for each other also helps the fight evil. When dealing with Lilith, Sebastian and Nuit, you can almost feel the pervision that they display. The series itself is WONDERFUL! and I truly look forward to reading "The Darkness".
