I ordered this for college a long time ago and I have yet to receive the book!! I have contacted the seller and still have not gotten a reply. Horrible, horrible service.

I never received the shipment and they refused to tell me they lost it. I waited for one month before I finally asked for a refund, and they still would not admit that they either lost the shipment or never sent it. I have yet to receive my refund.
