Curious George (DVD, 2006, Anamorphic Widescreen)

This is a must see with the kids. The family saw this one at the theatre and now we own the DVD. The kids will love George's silly antics, which always gets him into trouble, but also brings out the best in Ted, the man with the yellow hat, when Ted comes to save him. At one point, Ted realizes just how much he is missing in his life without George, and this brings his life to a slow crawl until he can find him again. This movie makes one think just how we spend the precious little time we have with our children and how if we can get out of our adult world of thinking, and be present with our kids, we can get closer to them...In the words of Jack Johnson, "This is how its supposed to be..."

The actors in this movie did such an amazing job! All of them sounded so cute and fit the part perfectly! The movie is one of the cutest movies I've ever seen in a long time! It's perfect for little ones and adults both!

This movie was really sweet. My chidren didn't really know about Curious George before watching the movie, but they enjoyed it and they want to watch the TV show and they want to have the books read to them. The voice of the man in yellow hat fit perfectly and I as an adult enjoyed it.

This was a truly adorable movie. The pacing was good, the animation was great, and the plot line fresh. Curious George is just good family fun in the form of a great animated cartoon. This is the first movie that my two youngest children ever sat completely through. Now we have the DVD because well it was worth it!

My kids were so excited when I told them that I had ordered this movie. They love to watch Curious George on PBS.

It's about Curious George, a monkey, and how he gets into trouble, but eventually saves the day. My kids were glued the first half of the show, but lost interest after that. I'm not sure if it was just too long, or if the movie was too slow for them. But, in any case, it was cute, but not excellent in my opinion.

This movie will take you back to when you were a child, but remind you of how children have changed over the years. Many differences but wonderfully done for the children of today.
This movie will help keep the ages looking for more of our yesterdays. The grandkids loved it.

This is a Wonderful and Colorful movie I reccomend it to anyone with kids!!! Lovely soundtrack also. This is a cute movie for any age. The story-line was very weak, but who cares: the little monkey was very cute and his shananigans worth watching and having the kiddies Laugh!

I purchased the movie for my 4 year old son. He loves it, it is a great movie and fun to watch. He enjoys it. And we all know that if our kids are happy we are happy.

I decided to buy because i knew my daughters would love it. It was cheap, but ended up being a huge headache from the buyer, bad quality and all. But the moive was cute.

I remember always bringing home Curious George books when I was in 2nd grade. This movie is just so cute and adorable and perfect for little kids. It is funny and sad and adventurous and sweet. I was so happy to finally find out the name of the man in the yellow hat! I love all the colors that were used in this movie.

When I took my children to see this movie, I was absolutely thrilled when I started recognizing parts of the movie from the book. The creators of the movie inserted scenes throughout the movie that come from the books. It was so cute. My preschoolers loved this movie. I can't say that there was any fabulous lesson learned, but it was entertaining, colorful and lots of fun for all of us.

My grandson is just getting into these things and let me tell you this and Dr. Seuss are the best tings going. Highly recommend.

In this animated movie that will bring you back as to when you were child, you will find that Curious George has changed. The kids today will enjoy it, but I'm not you.

What a cute movie! Animated like the series on PBS, not the classic George. A must-have for kids of all ages! Our kids have a copy - and I just bought one for our nephew for his 1st Birthday. :)

This is a wonderful movie for the little ones. George is so busy and funny that he captivates those young minds. My very active toddler held still for the entire time.

Curious George also teaches several different values during the course of this feature. There are many places to see, adventures to experience, and giggles to be enjoyed by all.

I highly recommend Curious George for anyone looking to entertain a wee one. YOU may find it entertaining also!!

I just love curious george, I know that because of my age (21) I shouldn't be watching cartoons but I do and my boyfriend also loves george and together we decided to buy th movie for our collection. We like it mostly because it funny.

I bought this for my grandson. It is about the "man in the yellow hat" first discovering George in the jungle. It is a charming movie and my grandson loves it (he's 3). So do I.

I bought this movie for my son's birthday and because he loves George! We all watched it as a family and it was a very good movie, it is very entertaining for the whole family!!!

I liked this movie so much when I saw it in the theater with my kindergarten class that I asked my husband to buy it for me for my birthday. Very colorful.

Between the wonderful soundtrack and the intoxicating animation... this is a must have for any mom with a busy toddler. My son actually sits and watches it from start to finish. Pretty good for a now 20 month old. Very good story and not to irritating for the adults either. It never seems to bother me if he wants to watch the "Monkey Movie". I bought the soundtrack for the car too... it's a collection of soothing songs for him. I hope everyone likes this as much as we do. .. oh and my 8 year old never complains when it's on either.
