
If this doesn't inspire your inner chef - nothing will!
This book came highly recommended by a number of professional chefs that I have met on various boards. On receiving it I discovered it's better than they said.
Through interviews with a number of well known and respected chefs and an amazing compilation of information they present a perfect basis for the novice, or intermediate cook or aspiring chef to play with ingredients to develop their own taste and style. Truly this book is "playground equipment" for the foodie!
