) I totally DISLIKE this product. It does not make a good cup of coffee, and does not keep the coffee hot. It doesn't matter what brand coffee used, the result has no taste - like a "warm" flavored drink; not coffee.
I purchased this item - Reason: We like percolated coffee; and brand name "Cuisinart"....what a disappointment!!!!
