The Cuisinart 12-Cup Grind and Brew Coffeemaker is the new and greatly improved version of the DGB-300. We enjoy the great tasting coffee from the freshly ground beans. With this coffee maker there is no need for a seperate grinder and you can program it 24 hours in advance and have your cuppa ready and waiting for you. Freshly ground beans make the most wonderful tasting coffee. Saves a trip to Starbucks!
The features we especially like are:
* 12 cup capacity carafe
* Basket style filters 8-12 cup
* Non-drip pouring spout
* Adjustable heating plate temperature
* Programmable up to 24 hours in advance
* Contemporary style design
* Colors available: red, black, or white
Fill the grinder with beans, add water and push the program button and wake up to freshly ground coffee. The red Grind and Brew looks great with our kitchen decor. We think you will love this coffee maker also.

Makes great coffee, but is difficult to keep clean. Would buy again, but would get one that is black. The white does stain over time.

I really like the idea of the built in grinder-fresh ground coffee is wonderful. The coffee could be a little hotter and faster-but over all a very good coffee maker for the price.The water filter helps the flavor,since our water is not the best~!! Possibly the little more expensive version of this one would be better. This is far better than Mr.Coffee,ect.that I have had in the past.

PROBLEMS WITH THE LIDS-EITHER THE HOOK ON FRONT, OR HINGE ON BACK BREAKS-I WOULD BUY AGAIN, AS I LOVE THE COFFEE AND USE THESE IN A SUMMER HOME WHERE
MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS ALWAYS USING THIS MACHINE-THAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM BUT
