I personally own a RZT 54" Residential Mower and in my busy schedule and current health matters haven't really had a chance to use mine much. I will elaborate that when I have gotten the time to use mine; it cuts like a champ. I have a 2007 model but with the number of hours used you might as well say it's a 2008 "famous words of a congressman" lol. Seriously folks, I did not receive any kickbacks for giving a good report for cubcadet. I am pleased and I hope you will be too. The one and only one fall back is that they need to have larger tires on the rear. Bye
