
Excellent Choice for Pilates Work out

This is an excellent work out for people on the go. It is set up in 10 minute work outs concentrating on different areas of the body. I love it, if I only have 10 minutes then I pick just one...or you can get a whole work out in 30 minutes without feeling like you have worked out or without the dread of a 30 minute work out....it seems so long, but this video is GREAT for motivation!
