Crunch - Pick Your Spot Pilates (DVD, 2002)

I really love this workout DVD....Ellen is an excellent instructor...she has a calm, relaxing voice and gives clear instructions on the routine...I really like how it is broken up into three separate segments/workouts that are only 10 minutes each!!..this means you can do one, two or all three depending on your time and what you are focusing on...I did all three segments and felt like I really got worked out all over, in a very reasonable period of time. This routine made me feel like I had accomplished a good work out and stretched really well, yet also calmed and relaxed me at the same time!!..I love it and will keep in it my weekly exercise routine. I also use the gazelle, and bowflex, combined with pilates for variety...enjoy!
