
More "advanced" than I expected.,,

I went into this workout misinformed that it was for beginners - which it definitely isn't! It is a high-powered 48 minutes of sweat-producing work! I have 2 other Ellen Barrett's Crunch Pilates workouts that I LOVE (one with Yoga, and one with Aerobics) and this one is 6 mins. longer and it really is too much for my outer thighs. I find that I have to "cheat" a little bit to do the LONG outer thigh workout. I normally do NOT have to cheat to do any of my other daily workouts, and I consider myself to be at least at the intermediate level, if not advanced. But then I figure, it's good to push your limits and "no pain, no gain"! So I continue to do this one (once a week, in rotation). I like to do about 40 minutes a day, and I wish this workout were about 5 minutes shorter, but on the whole, I enjoy the challenge.
