I enjoyed it. "Straight Hate" is my favorite track. This album IMO is way better than their second album.

Amazingly powerful and defies easy catagorization. Blistering, raw vocals. The drummer on this release, has tremendous double bass work beyond usual metal, repetitive, single strokes. Will Hunt, the drummer on their latest release, Red Harvest, has the deepest groove I've heard since John Bonham. The lyrics make me proud to listen to metal. Red Harvest should be the soundtrack for Showtime's Dexter series. Why isn't this band getting more airplay, buzz, and recognition?

great cd to add to your metal collection. i love this singer very versatile! Great drummer! very tight band! look for bloodsimple to be moving up the ranks of the metal genere!
