I rented it, and was very impressed by the thoroughness of the coverage of this extremely relevant topic. An unbiased coverage, including history, present, and future of oil as an energy source that supports our civilization.
A viewing of this DVD provides enough knowledge to enable people to evaluate the arguments being made by pundits, politicians, policy makers and separate truth from falacies, shortsighted "answers" that people want to hear from the necessity of long term plans that reality dictates.
Provides information that every American needs and is not getting.

This is a video which pretty much follows the same line as "The Long Emergency" by James Howard Kunstler. The world is running out of oil! Everyone knows that oil is a nonrenewable resource, but because of denial and big business advertising, no one really cares. The government has know about "Peak Oil" for a long time and not only have they done nothing, they have hindered any research at alternatives.
This video is a real eye opener. If we don't come up with viable energy alternatives within the next ten years, the human race is SCREWED!
