Crossroads (DVD, 2002, Collector's Edition - Sensormatic)

I wanted to buy it, because I like Britney so much, she is my favorite singer, and my previous Crossroads dvd went wrong, and I needed a new one. The dvd is blameless, I didn't get surprised, because everything was described and clear, everything works, and I can't say anything I dislike in this product. I like the dvd as it is. It's full of extras, the movie is clear so I can recommend the seller, the product(s) everyone, I've got what I wanted and expected.

Crossroads received generally negative reviews in the United States, many panning the film and called it predictable, after school special, bland and stated it was not appropriate for Spears' young fans

Britney Spears in this movie was awesome. She was wholesome and had such a kind spirit and I think she still does if given a chance. This movie is one of my daughter's and my favorite.

GREAT movie. You won't be disappointed. It is a great movie with important messages for parents with teenagers. It is something that all adults can learn from. Brittany Spears did a great job and this was done before she had problems of her own.

My wife is a britney spears fan,she did have the movie once before so we bought it again. 3 teenagers make a promise to each other. They go on a roadtrip, it is a decent movie not the best acting but not all boring either, good priced movie...

I purchased the movie and never received it. It's been over a month since I've purchased it, still have not gotten response from seller after several emails. A claim has been filed I demand a refund! This is not how you do business. The seller is faulty and should not be allowed to sell on half.com or ebay for that matter.

It's Britney Spears first movie and I'm a huge fan of her's,and I already have it in the tape version.I also thought it was a great movie.

I got this dvd for my mom she has always liked this movie. She really enjoyed it. It was in good condition and was shipped in reasonable amount of time I was very satisfied.

The movie is a fun movie for all ages, I bought it for my daughter, the first time we watched it we watched it together.

I love this movie because it talks a lot about friendship and how you could separate with friends but still come together again. I bought this movie because I really like the story line about going out there are finding yourself no matter what it takes.

This movie Crossroads is one of my favorite! I used to watch this with my best friend, and we no longer speak because i moved away. But I love this movie, just everything about it its awesome! And Britney spears is the best singer/actress there is. She dosent have to "act" for you to love her. Shes amazing and this movie absolutly rocks! :]

I liked this movie a lot. I thought that is was cute and showed the true meaning of friendship. This movie is about a teen road-trip adventure. Spears stars as Lucy, the beautiful valedictorian of her small Georgia hometown who has lost touch with her childhood best friends Mimi (Taryn Manning), a boyish trailer park sweetheart who happens to be pregnant, and Kit (Zoe Saldana) a luxury-obsessed overachiever who dreams of marrying her older boyfriend. Although it seems that they are all headed in separate directions, Mimi's planned cross-country trip to Los Angeles in hopes of securing a recording contract brings the old friends together for a life-altering adventure. Lucy's own dream of reuniting with her estranged mother (Kim Cattrall), who abandoned her and her auto mechanic father (Dan Aykroyd) when Lucy was only three, propels the normally cautious Lucy to take part and together they hit the road, chauffeured by Mimi's handsome loner friend Ben (Anson Mount). Their journey is plagued with many seemingly insurmountable difficulties, beginning with major car troubles that cost the girls all of their money to fix. However, they are able to raise more than enough money to pay for the repairs in a karaoke competition where Lucy (in Britney form) wows the crowd with a sexy rendition of Joan Jett's "I Love Rock 'n Roll." As the young girls head towards Los Angeles in Ben's 1973 Buick convertible they face love, heartache, and loss while distancing themselves from childhood innocence in this heartwarming coming-of-age tale filled with plenty of moments for megastar Britney to shine. I would recommend this movie.
